The belt puller sets new standards in the continuous pulling of profiles, hoses or pipes. With the BA 400 model, we present a mobile and flexible belt and caterpillar puller with synchronous servo technology.
Safety and ease of use were key elements in the development. The belt puller offers a new safety concept that guarantees the highest level of safety and does not restrict operation. The automatic pressure monitoring system, which ensures that only the force required for continuous pulling is used, offers particular ease of use. This ensures that the pressure is not too high and profiles are not deformed by the excessive feed force.
Outstanding features
The compact and mobile design makes the device flexible and quick to use. The integrated right-left rotation and an automatic cable reel are already included in the standard version.
The “Green Button” function guarantees a smooth start to production. Integrated line controls and recipe management also increase process stability and repeatability.
The optional loop control offers flexible take-off speeds depending on the application. This makes the machine ideal for use in front of assembly units or other manual work stations.
The “Force Control” option is a particular highlight. With “Force Control” you can constantly measure the trigger force and regulate the trigger speed.
This is not a classic belt take-off. The sophisticated control and sensor technology offers take-off qualities that were previously only known from calibration units.
SAFETY FIRST
Who hasn't experienced this? Safety devices on machines often interfere with operator comfort. Belt conveyors in particular often have safety guards installed that make it difficult for the operator to thread material. True to the motto "necessity is the mother of invention", machine operators sometimes resort to removing or bypassing safety devices. All of this leads to unacceptable safety risks.
That is why our caterpillar excavator was developed around the safety concept. This means that the safety and protective equipment is not a nuisance, but is integrated into the functionality and ease of use.
