Josef L. Rameckers Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG from Nettetal in the Lower Rhine region is your strong partner for contract manufacturing in machine building. With our modern CNC technology we deliver your projects in top quality and with a high degree of flexibility and speed. Around 60 metalworking specialists support you from development to the completion of parts and machines.
We are also happy to provide the right finish for your products: decorative coatings or functional metal finishing such as corrosion protection, cathodic or impregnating treatments. For this we rely on our in-house paint shop and experienced partners.
CNC machining technology
for the best results
In contract manufacturing we make full use of innovative CNC technology. Whether in sheet metal fabrication or machining, our modern machine park stands out for precision and quality – for individual, made-to-measure products.
We offer 5-axis machining, so we can produce complex parts as well. Our high-accuracy robot, the TruLaser Weld 5000, welds steel, stainless steel and aluminum with high repeatability; manual MIG and MAG welding complement our capabilities. Press braking is possible over a bending length of 3,230 millimeters with a pressing force of 130 tonnes.

Our specialists support you with every question about contract manufacturing and also offer in-house control cabinet building. We take care of the entire project engineering including PLC programming and acceptance.
