CNC turning
on Mazak and DMG
Our turning department runs a Mazak QUICK TURN with SmoothTech control and bar loader and a DMG CTX 450 ecoline with C-axis and driven tools. We produce turned parts up to 400 mm in diameter, from single pieces to series.
For single parts, conventional lathes complement our range.
CNC milling
on Mazak and Hurco, up to 5 axes
Milling is done on vertical CNC machining centers from Mazak and Hurco. With 3,000 mm of travel and a B-axis, the Mazak VTC-800/30SR has room for long and complex parts; the Mazak VCN-530C is our fast machine for smaller parts.
CAM-based programming and simulation allow fast implementation – also based on existing 3D models and designs.
Sawing and material in stock
for a fast start
In addition to classic band saws, a CNC-controlled Kaltenbach circular saw cuts small and large series to length automatically.
