Welding – automated and by hand
Laser welding robot, cobot welding and experienced welders: for every part we choose the right process – from delicate stainless steel parts to large welded assemblies.

Laser welding
with the TruLaser Weld 5000
Our high-accuracy TruLaser Weld 5000 robot welds steel, stainless steel and aluminum with high repeatability – with narrow, precise seams.
The robot cell sits in our sheet metal center right next to laser cutting and press braking: short distances from blank to finished assembly.

Cobot welding
with the Heidenbluth cobot welding cell
For recurring welding tasks we use a cobot welding cell from Heidenbluth: a collaborative Universal Robots arm with welding torch, set up on Siegmund perforated welding tables. The cobot welds MIG/MAG as well as TIG seams.
It is programmed directly at the part – the operator guides the robot and sets the paths on a tablet. This makes the cobot suitable for smaller series as well, combining the consistent seam quality of a robot with the experience of our welders.

Manual welding
MIG, MAG and TIG
In our welding booths, experienced welders join assemblies and individual parts by hand – using MIG, MAG and TIG, from delicate stainless steel parts to large welded assemblies.
We can process welded parts further in-house: machining, painting and assembly.
Cobot in action
Collaborative robotic welding
The cobot welds an assembly clamped on the perforated table – evenly, seam by seam. It is clamped, programmed and supervised by our welders.
