Assembly, control cabinets and commissioning
Complete machines, functional modules or assemblies: we bring mechanics, electrics and surface finishing together and hand over a working line.

Control cabinets and wiring
from electrical planning to acceptance
Our in-house control cabinet shop covers the electrical side of your project: from electrical planning, cabinet assembly and wiring to PLC programming and acceptance.
On the machine we wire sensors, actuators and pneumatics. Because design, control cabinet building and assembly work closely together, mechanics and controls fit from the very beginning.

Module and final assembly
up to the complete line
In our assembly halls we combine mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and electrics into working modules and machines – from compact assemblies to long vulcanization lines.
Overhead cranes and experienced fitters ensure that even large lines are built safely.

Commissioning
in-house and worldwide
We first commission every machine in our own facility and test it before delivery.
Our service technicians, who work worldwide, then take care of installation and commissioning directly at your site – in Germany and abroad.

Painting and surfaces
the right finish
In our in-house paint booth we give parts and machines the right finish. For special requirements we work with experienced partners.
We offer decorative coatings as well as functional metal finishing – for example corrosion protection, cathodic or impregnating treatments.
