Mechanical design, electrical engineering and programming
Every machine starts on screen: in our own engineering department, mechanics, electrics and software are developed as one – and go straight into manufacturing and assembly.

Mechanical design
with 3D CAD
From single parts to complete lines, we design with modern 3D CAD systems. Because design, manufacturing and assembly work under one roof, we create parts that can be produced and assembled economically.
The 3D models are also the basis for CAM programming of our CNC machines. Engineering and manufacturing work at the same site in Nettetal – with short distances to the shop floor.

Electrical design
from electrical planning to acceptance
We plan the electrical equipment of our machines ourselves: circuit diagrams, component selection and cabinet layout are created in our electrical planning and go straight to our in-house control cabinet shop.
This way we handle the complete electrical project engineering – including PLC programming and acceptance.

Programming
controls, HMIs and CNC
We program control software and operator interfaces for our machines ourselves, for example on Siemens SIMATIC. Functions such as line control, recipe management or the “Force Control” of the BA 400 haul-off are developed by our team.
For production, we program our CNC machines using CAM with simulation – also based on your 3D data.

Simulation
before the machine is built
Simulations lay the foundation for optimally designed machines as early as the concept phase – for example flow simulations for hot air systems or field simulations for microwave reactor chambers.
This saves sample runs and leads to the right system faster.
