Industrial microwave systems
Innovative microwave technology for heating – based on more than 40 years of experience in building and designing industrial microwave systems.

Heating with microwaves
for industrial processes
We have more than 40 years of experience in building and designing microwave systems for industrial heating. In customer-specific projects we first analyze the task: which material is to be heated, how does the product react to microwave radiation, and what effect do we achieve with this heating method?
For the design we can use the test center of our sister company Gerlach Maschinenbau, where materials can be analyzed and trials run on demo systems. Batch system or continuous oven – we find the right solution for you.
Compact microwave systems
flexible heating solutions
With our compact microwave we have created a standardized system whose upper section – the reactor chamber – is tailored to each customer project. The machine base is identical for power ratings between 500 watts and 10 kW.
Combining standardization and customization lets us reduce project lead times and costs without compromising function. Too small for you? We offer systems for product widths of 1,000 mm and more – your product dimensions, material and handling determine the customized solution.

Continuous lines or batch ovens
pure microwave or combined energy sources
Continuous lines are our specialty. Starting with rubber extrudates, our continuous lines are now used for a wide range of products and applications – with microwave energy alone or combined with other energy sources.
We always aim to give the product exactly the energy source and amount of power the task requires – no more. Looking for a solution for web materials or a continuous line for batch-produced parts? Let's talk about your task and work out the right heating strategy together.
Microwave types: magnetron and solid state
Which system is right for you? Let's find out together!
Magnetron technology
The “classic” way of generating microwaves with magnetrons and high-voltage generators. It produces frequencies of 915 MHz or the 2,450 MHz common in Europe – in a wide range of power classes.
Semiconductor technology – solid state
The “new” form of microwave technology: the microwave is generated by a semiconductor. Its frequency band between 2,400 and 2,500 MHz opens up entirely new possibilities in industrial heating.
| Magnetron frequency | 915 MHz or 2,450 MHz |
|---|---|
| Solid-state frequency band | 2,400–2,500 MHz |
| Compact microwave power | 500 W to 10 kW |
| Product width | up to 1,000 mm and more |
| Designs | Compact unit, batch oven, continuous line |
| Energy sources | Microwave alone or combined |
