Professional sheet metal fabrication

In 2019 the “Rameckers Blechzentrum” – our sheet metal center – went into production. The state-of-the-art facility meets the highest technological standards and sets benchmarks in metalworking: it is one of the most modern sheet metal shops in the Lower Rhine region.
Sheet metal is processed on the Trumpf TruLaser 3030 fiber laser cutting machine, the TruLaser Weld 5000 laser welding robot, the TruBend 5130 press brake, a RAS swivel bending machine, rolls and a cobot welding robot for MIG/MAG and TIG – ensuring products of the highest quality.
Precise welding and cutting results

Laser cutting is done on our TruLaser 3030 fiber flatbed laser, which processes materials up to 25 millimeters thick – including large formats. For laser welding we use the TruLaser Weld 5000, a high-accuracy robot that welds steel, stainless steel and aluminum with high repeatability.
Press braking is done on the Trumpf TruBend 5130 with a bending length of 3,230 millimeters and 130 tonnes of pressing force; long, narrow folded parts are made on the RAS swivel bending machine. Our cobot welds MIG/MAG and TIG seams, complemented by manual welding in our welding booths.

Laser cutting and laser welding require a lot of energy, which we prefer not to simply buy from the utility. That is why our sheet metal center has a modern photovoltaic system on its roof that produces a large share of our energy.
