Microwave hot plasma
Surface activation and heating with microwave plasma up to 5,000 K – precise, fast and with low energy input.

Microwave plasma systems
heating based on microwave plasma
Microwave plasma heats components in a very targeted way and with little influence on the surroundings. The fourth state of matter, plasma, is generated with microwaves. Power, distance to the product and the choice of process gas allow thermal processes to be controlled precisely.
Microwave plasma reaches high temperatures with low energy input. Because a plasma flame can act very locally, targeted heating processes become possible.

Surface treatment or heating
hot plasma as an innovative heating technology
Plasma is often equated with surface treatment alone; coating surfaces with plasma and special gases is a widespread application.
Microwave-based plasma is also suitable for heating components. Especially with highly temperature-resistant materials, its high energy intensity reaches process points sooner, saves energy, shortens lines and enables new process solutions. Is plasma technology suitable for your product? Let's find out together – trials are possible in the test center of our sister company Gerlach.
