Our machine park
Modern machines for every step of the value chain – from laser cutting, machining and welding to painting, electrical engineering and assembly. All at one site in Nettetal, Germany.
Cutting, bending, welding
In the Rameckers sheet metal center – in production since 2019 – we process sheet metal from blank to welded assembly. The photovoltaic system on the roof supplies a large share of the power.

- Trumpf TruLaser Weld 5000
- Laser welding robot (KUKA KR 30 HA, 2 kW TruDisk laser) for steel, stainless steel and aluminum, safety cabin 4,800 × 4,800 mm
- Trumpf TruBend 5130
- Press brake with 1,300 kN and 3,230 mm bending length, 4-axis backgauge, CNC crowning, ACB angle measurement
- RAS GIGAbend 76.30
- Swivel bending machine with 3,200 mm working width, steel sheet up to 6 mm, CNC crowning
- Heidenbluth cobot welding cell
- Universal Robots arm with welding torch on Siegmund perforated tables, MIG/MAG and TIG

- Automated sawing of small and large series, complemented by band saws

Laser, cobot and manual welding
From automated laser welding to demanding manual seams: we choose the process that suits the part, material and quantity.
- Laser welding robot
- Trumpf TruLaser Weld 5000 – steel, stainless steel, aluminum
- Heidenbluth cobot welding cell
- Universal Robots arm with welding torch on Siegmund perforated tables, MIG/MAG and TIG
- Manual welding stations
- MIG, MAG and TIG in our own welding booths

Painting
In our in-house paint booth, parts and machine frames receive their finish. For corrosion protection and metal finishing we work with experienced partners.
- Paint booth
- Painting of parts and machine frames
- Partner network
- Corrosion protection, cathodic and impregnating treatments

Control cabinets and wiring
We build and wire control cabinets ourselves – based on our own electrical planning. Control and HMI programming are also done in-house.
- Control cabinet building
- Assembly and wiring based on our own electrical planning
- Machine wiring
- Cabling of sensors, actuators and pneumatics on the machine
- PLC and HMI programming
- e.g. Siemens SIMATIC
- Testing and acceptance
- Electrical testing before delivery

Module and final assembly
In our assembly halls we combine mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and electrics into finished lines – right up to long vulcanization lines – and commission them in-house.
- Assembly halls
- with overhead cranes for large modules and lines
- Module assembly
- Mechanical and pneumatic modules including wiring
- Commissioning
- in-house and at the customer's site worldwide
